Who pays the platform fee?
The platform fee (2.5%) is deducted from the sale price before the seller receives payment. Buyers pay the listed price plus any payment processing fees.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay 2.5% platform fee + payment processing (Stripe or near-zero for USDC). That's it. No listing fees, no monthly fees, no premium tiers.
What if I run a store?
Store owners can set their own commission rate (e.g., 10%) on top of the 2.5% platform fee. You keep your commission, we take the platform fee.
When do I get paid?
Funds are released to sellers once delivery is confirmed. For card payments, Stripe payouts are typically 2-3 business days. USDC is instant.
Is there a minimum transaction size?
No minimum. However, for very small transactions (under £5), payment processing fees may represent a larger percentage of the total.
